Austin Monsour serves as the Lead Manager of the Inside Sales Agent Department at Cantrell Real Estate, where he helps lead the team in connecting with clients, building relationships, and creating opportunities for our agents to better serve buyers and sellers throughout Southwest Missouri.

Before joining Cantrell Real Estate, Austin spent four years in the insurance industry, where he gained valuable experience in customer service, relationship building, communication, and helping clients navigate important decisions. He brings that experience, along with a strong work ethic and a people-first approach, to his leadership role at Cantrell Real Estate.

Austin is currently working toward becoming a licensed real estate agent in the state of Missouri and is excited to continue expanding his knowledge and building a long-term career in the real estate industry.

Outside of work, Austin is a devoted husband and proud father of three. Family is an important part of his life and one of the driving forces behind his dedication and desire to grow both personally and professionally.

With his leadership skills, industry experience, and genuine ability to connect with people, Austin is a valuable part of the Cantrell Real Estate team and the continued growth of our Inside Sales Department.
